Integrators and Technical Services Specialists

This position will work closely with our senior level Systems Engineers to learn to develop, implement, and support mobile solutions which interface with IBM's Maximo Asset Management system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Science or related program preferred
  • Basic programming skills
  • Knowledge of SQL, .Net, C#, C++
  • Understanding of system configuration, security, troubleshooting hardware/software Issues
  • Capacity to self-learn new programs and applications related to asset management
  • Love of technology and strong desire to assist end users to ensure their success

Essential Duties:

  • Provide integration services and support for clients utilizing Maximo
  • Create custom interfaces
  • Provide system configuration assistance and development
  • Help troubleshoot and support software, hardware, system problems and assist in their resolution
  • Install new instances and/or upgrades of DataSplice software
  • Collaborate with multiple technical environments and support development and testing processes
  • Create user manuals and technical documentation on implementations, customizations or interfaces

Ideal candidate need not possess strong working knowledge but rather a proven aptitude for technology, interest in helping individuals and organizations be successful through the use or technology, a willingness to learn through self-study, and exceptional written / oral communication and customer service skills. Systems Engineer / Application Developer

This position will develop, implement, and support mobile system which interface with IBM's Maximo. The applicant must possess strong working knowledge of SQL, .NET, system configuration, security, and support of other work management/asset management application software. Experience with IBM Maximo is desirable.

Essential Functions

  • Provide integration services and support for clients utilizing Maximo
  • Create custom interfaces
  • Provide system configuration assistance and development
  • Help troubleshoot and support system problems and assist in their resolution
  • Install new instances and/or upgrades of DataSplice software
  • Collaborate with multiple technical environments and support development and testing processes
  • Create user manuals and technical documentation on implementations, customizations or interfaces

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering and/or five (5) years equivalent work experience
  • Maximo, SAP or similar technical knowledge required to execute DataSplice's integration into an EAM Program
  • Ability to create and update advanced technical documentation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a project team environment
  • Demonstrated coding/development experience with:
  • Oracle
  • SQL Server
  • C# / C++
  • XML
  • GUI development

Project Coordinator

Our project coordinator is responsible for preparing and maintaining DataSplice's Master Project Schedule and works with DataSplice project managers in the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion. The successful candidate will schedule and facilitate weekly project status meeting that will provide updates to internal resources as well as subcontractors regarding project issues, reassigning resources and other relevant aspects of individual projects.  

The Project Coordinator acts as a liaison between the technical staff and the client to set and continually manage expectations, to anticipate and prevent project issues and to troubleshoot problems that do arise in a timely manner.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain Master Project Schedule and scheduling of all resources
  • Prepare content and facilitate weekly project status meeting
  • Liaison for clientele
  • Schedule and facilitate project kickoff through project after action review meeting
  • Anticipate and proactively identify project issues to maintain highest quality of service and communication for our clients. 

Requirements

  • Proven ability to foster cooperation, provide performance feedback, training, with assigned personnel
  • Advanced level Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong aptitude to learn other software programs as needed. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organization skills

Ideal candidate will have experience in project scheduling and/or project management for Software Implementation projects.
